The Art of Love Wedding Package

Details & Restrictions:

Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within 6 months of the date of the wedding without a fee. For weddings booked within 6 months of the wedding date the wedding cannot be canceled without the penalty. The cancellation penalty is $500. Price is per package, no adjustments are possible. All taxes and gratuities are included. Price and package are subject to change without notice. Restrictions/exclusions may apply. All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance of the wedding date, unless approved by wedding coordinator at the resort. Subject to availability & double occupancy only. A percentage of wedding guest accommodations may be required to confirm the wedding. The policy is up to the resort’s discretion and should be discussed when saving the date with the wedding coordinator.

Details & Restrictions

This package is in addition to Endless Privileges® and is complimentary when booking eight rooms for a minimum of three nights each. The complimentary wedding package cannot be deducted when purchasing other packages or combined with The Art of Romance Honeymoon package to receive both complimentary. All taxes and gratuities are included. Price and package are subject to change without notice. Restrictions/exclusions may apply. All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance of the wedding date, unless approved by the wedding coordinator at the resort. Subject to availability & double occupancy only. This package also applies for a vow renewal ceremony. Surcharges may apply for minister and legal services. If room requirements are not met, items from the package can be purchased at a la carte pricing provided by the resort.
A $100 deposit is required to hold and confirm the wedding date. The deposit will be applied to additional charges acquired during stay or towards the final bill. If for any reason this credit is not used in full, the remaining balance will be refunded at checkout. The complimentary wedding package may not be available during all dates and times at the discretion of the resort.

Details & Restrictions

This honeymoon package is an add-on to our Endless Privileges® program and is at no charge if booked with a Romance Ocean Front One Bed Room Suite with Plunge Pool or higher category for a minimum length of 7 nights.
This package is based on double occupancy also applies for anniversaries. The Gift of Love Wedding Package and the Art of Romance Honeymoon Package cannot be combined to receive both complimentary, nor can the spa discount be combined with other spa promotions or offers. Package and pricing are subject to change without notice. All taxes and gratuities are included. To receive the package complimentary.it is only applicable to couples staying within three months of their wedding date. Couple must present a copy of their wedding invitation or marriage certificate at the time of check-in. Package is available to all guests when purchased at the selling price.
*Please note, the private catamaran sail is only included when this package is purchased and will incur an additional surcharge of $60. If the couple receives the package complimentary and wishes to add-on this private sail, a cost of $565 (per couple) will be incurred for an hour and a half sail or $375 (per couple) for a one hour sail. Please indicate preference when booking.

Marriage Requirements - Mexico

The following list of legal requirements are needed only for legal marriage. The Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita Wedding Coordinator must receive the following documents to begin the application for marriage in the Civil Registry Office.
All documents must be translated into Spanish. Each item that is translated into Spanish will incur a $50 USD plus 16% tax. To be valid, translation must be done in Mexico.

Requirements:

• Tourist Card - You will receive these upon arrival at Cancun Int'l Airport.
• wedding couple Birth Certificates
• Valid Passports
• Blood tests must be taken in Mexico and must be taken no more than 14 days prior to ceremony to be valid. The blood will be tested for HIV, STD's and blood type. A $300 USD + 16% tax, per couple, will apply for the Blood Test.
• Four witnesses
• A Legal Form must be completed with the names, addresses, nationalities, ages, occupations and relationship to wedding couple. The wedding coordinator will provide the couple with the form.
• The Marriage Certificate must be sent through a validation process in order to make it legal outside of Mexico. There is a $165 USD + 16% tax charge to have the Marriage Certificate translated and may take up to 4 months. Once the document is Apostille* and translated into English the wedding coordinator will send the document to the wedding couple's home address.
• * NEW LEGAL REQUIREMENT! Special Certificate (CIR). Please send 2 months prior the wedding, scanned copies of the wedding couple's passport and birth certificates to request a NON marriage letter by Quintana Roo State. This letter certifies the couple does not have a previous marriage registered in the State of Quintana Roo. This Certification letter has an additional fee. Please check with the wedding coordinator for details.
• If someone is divorced, they must send a scanned copy of the Divorce Decree & Birth Certificate Apostille* , so the resort can send it to be translated into Spanish by a certified translator in Mexico.

* When documents need to be recognized as legal in a foreign country, they’re required to go through the Apostille process, also known as authentication and legalization.
